Return & Exchange Policy

At FAD – Fashion And Design, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
• Original invoice/receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale / discounted items
• Accessories, jewellery, undergarments & fragrances
• Items damaged due to use or mishandling
